Accounting Professor Myojung Cho, PhD, received an "Outstanding Paper" recognition from the 2023 Emerald Publishing Emerald Literati Awards for her research on whether CEO pay-performance sensitivity to shareholder wealth is related to the use of non-financial performance measures in incentive contracts.

Finance Women's Symposium
The Lubin School of Business is proud to have hosted the Greater New York Finance Women's Symposium in December. Supported by the Academic Female Finance Committee of the American Finance Association, the symposium provides research mentorship and networking opportunities for female faculty in finance.

Nearly 40 accounting professionals attended the Special Forum Conference: The Digital Transformation of ESG Reporting, hosted at the Lubin School of Business, and co-sponsored by Elsevier's Journal of Accounting and Public Policy and American Accounting Association's Journal of Information Systems.

Please join us in congratulating Professor Chris Ramos for his promotion to Senior Executive Director of Arts & Entertainment Management Programs (BBA, MS, and MBA) in the Lubin School of Business! Chris' new role will include working with the department chair, undergraduate program chair, and graduate program chair to develop strategic objectives, policies, and recommendations that will improve the longevity and success of the three programs. Chris joined Lubin in 2012 and received the Pace University Kenan Award for Teaching Excellence at its 2021 commencement. He teaches arts and entertainment management and management courses and has been instrumental in helping many of our AEM students find internships and jobs within the industry. Congratulations, Professor Ramos!
